This fabulous cream German Silberstein bear dates c1907 and is extremely rare in this colour. A beautiful old fellow in nice, original condition with a non-working squeaker who measures 13" tall - please enquire for more details Heinrich Silberstein began manufacturing jointed teddy bears in 1906. Steiff tried to take legal action against the company because they claimed a bear with movable limbs was their own invention.
