George Coal c1912

"George Coal" is a wonderful and very rare black burlap Steiff bear c1912 with FF button in ear, shoe button eyes, felt pads and black stitched nose, mouth and claws. He has the most adorable face and wears his antique shirt, leather collar and bell. George Coal measures approximately 13" tall and is pictured in Sue Pearson's book, "Teddy Bears, a Complete Collector's Guide" on page 141 (see link shot for pic). He comes with his very old and worn black cushion upon which he proudly sat in our personal collection for many years.
