Louie is an early apricot Steiff bear who dates c1905 and retains his blank button in ear. Louie has a good covering of mohair with some wear and balding commensurate with age. The pads are neatly recovered and he has a non-working internal squeaker. Louie has his original nose and claws (lacks mouth stitching) and boot button eyes. Such a dear old chap with a pointed nose who measures 14" tall
