This fabulous chap is full of character and dates c1908. He is a rarer centre seam who no longer retains his button but wears a wonderful sailor suit that was hand-made especially for him. There is overall wear and balding to the mohair but he remains in strong condition with repairs to three pads and one recovered. There are expert repairs to the muzzle and he has original soulful boot button eyes. Please enquire for more details and photographs of this wonderful old fellow who measures 20" tall
This bear comes with a postcard that came with him when purchased at auction stating he was given on August 4th 1908
